Policies
What are some of our policies?
Island Hot Tubs & Pools policies are as follows:
Cancellations:

If cancelling the purchase of a pool, we will hold back 10% of the total cost of the pool. This amount will be refunded when the pool originally purchased is re-sold.

If cancelling the purchase of a hot tub, we will hold back 10% of the total cost of the hot tub. This amount will be refunded when the hot tub originally purchased is re-sold.
Refunds:

Special order items (i.e. Items that we order in special for a customer) must be paid for in full before the order is placed. There will be no refunds on special order items.

There will be no refunds on hot tub covers regardless of if they are special ordered or standard.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS on chemicals. It is a government regulation that we are not legally permitted to return chemicals that have left our property.

There will be no refunds on solar blankets. If there is a warranty issue, a replacement is issued through the manufacturer.

Pool toys and accessories can be returned if unopened, with receipt, for up to 30 days after purchase. If the item has been opened and deemed defective, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase to make arrangements for a refund.

Filters will only be returned within 30 days of purchase. Filters cannot have been in contact with water prior to return. Filters being returned are subject to inspection by staff and can be denied return if it is believed they have been in water.
